How do I place an order with IndoMarket UAE?
Choose products from the catalog, add them to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Enter the recipient and delivery details. After the order is recorded, our store team will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm it.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. The website uses a flat AED 22 delivery fee across the UAE. The store team will confirm availability and delivery details after receiving your order.
Which payment methods are available?
You can choose COD, bank transfer, or an e-wallet such as BOTIM and other services. For transfers and e-wallets, payment instructions will be sent directly by the store team after the order is received.
How can I track my order?
Open the Track Order page, then enter the order number and the WhatsApp number used at checkout. You can also view tracking from your customer account after signing in.
When will my order be confirmed?
The store team checks stock, address, payment choice, and delivery schedule before confirming your order on WhatsApp. Order status can be viewed from the tracking page.
Do I need to create a customer account?
No. However, a customer account makes it easier to view your order history, tracking, delivery address, and loyalty points. After checkout, you can choose to create an account using the same order details.
How are loyalty points calculated?
Points are calculated from the product subtotal, excluding delivery. They are credited to the customer account after an admin marks an order as Completed. Points may be used for future promotions or coupons according to store policy.
What happens if a product I want is out of stock?
Catalog stock is updated by the store team. If stock changes while an order is being processed, the store team will contact you to confirm a replacement, quantity adjustment, or another available option.
